Terms & Conditions

1. All purchases are inclusive of 7% GST and non-refundable.

2. A confirmation email will be sent to email address provided within 3 working days and is to be used as proof of purchase for installation.

3. Mega Perks are only applicable to the purchases of full sets of 4 tyres:
– 100 dollars trade-in for all non-steel rims.
– 5 years warranty against manufacturing defects from date of installation for all tyres purchased
– 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects from date of installation for all SSW rims purchased
– 1 x complimentary voucher for STAR Van 24 hours activation with tyre patching
– 3 x Tyre Rotation and Balancing at 10,000km intervals
– Lifetime free nitrogen gas top-up for purchased tyres
– Lifetime tyre patching for purchased tyres

4. 100 dollars trade-in rebate is applicable to all non-steel rims. We require all customers to provide photos of their current rims for validation. Stamford Tyres International Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to accept/reject trade-ins and the decisions made are final and non-negotiable.

5. Please ensure that your rim specification is correct before making a purchase. Should the rims you’ve purchased be of incorrect size and specification, our friendly staff will assist you with the change. If the final amount is higher than purchased price, you will be required to top-up the difference. No refund will be provided. Prices are final and non-negotiable.

6. Appointment must be made 3 days in advanced and cancellation or change of date must be made at least 1 day in advanced to avoid disappointment.

7. Stamford Tyres International Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without any prior notice.

8. By purchasing our products, you agree to use the products in good conduct and Stamford Tyres International Pte. Ltd. will not be held liable for any of the consequences or incidents.
