Saw the promo on rim with tyre. Enquiry online for 16” 5×100. Understand that this size (5×100) is rather hard to find. Was keeping my finger cross. Initial was told there is no stock for 5×100 model. However Stamford message me back asking if i mind dual PCD rim as there is a set at Jurong branch. I happy went down to jurong branch to look for Ah wee which was very friendly and helpful to assist me. His supervisor still personally help to paste the stamford sticker and also the reminder sticker for next rotation mileage. Well done for Ah wee and his team of jurong branch. ????????

  I was looking for a new set of tyres, and I chanced upon Stamford Tyres rims and tyres package promotion! I enquired on the package and posted a couple of questions, in which I was given good advice by the customer service representative via FB! As I was unsure of the new rims would fit my car, I requested to look at the rims prior to making a decision. The customer service representative on FB was very kind to help me transfer rims from other outlets to the one nearby my place to test them out. Ah Ang at Kaki Bukit was very helpful even though they were shorthanded on that day. He diligently assisted with setting up my new rims and tyres, and assured the new rims would fit my car. And they looked extremely amazing on my car! Just one thing to look out for. After driving my car out of the workshop, I realised I was given one tyre with a different YOM. I had enquired via FB and was promptly served by the team at Kaki Bukit outlet to replace the odd tyre. Even Ah Ang was apologetic. It was good service throughout, and I would strongly recommend Stamford Tyres for good rims and tyres deals!
